We invite your organization to join the group of companies cooperating with the Women Leadership in Business Foundation which every year nominate their employees to participate in our Mentoring Program.

Over the last 9 editions, we have been trusted by nearly 400 organizations.

Especially today - in the so-called "New reality" - mentoring is the most flexible and cost-optimal method of supporting employees that responds to today's leaders needs. 

Why nominate employees for membership of the Mentoring Program?

The organization’s benefits:

  • Supporting growth of the HighPo employees under a comprehensive mentoring-based development program, a method that caters to the needs of today’s volatile world most flexibly and cost-effectively (in the US, this method is the most frequent choice to enhance employee growth).
  • Leaders are offered long-term support from a Mentor to tackle ongoing challenges and dilemmas as they arise; opportunity to draw on other organizations’ fresh experience, perspectives and solutions;
  • Enhanced leadership competencies and skills of leaders and candidates for major positions; their boosted confidence as leaders; flexible response to change (this year’s program focuses on the new normal competencies);
  • Ensuring leaders access to the latest leadership knowledge and good practices; opportunity to share experience in the Mentees group, maintain relationships and provide support to other members;
  • Boosting employee motivation – a Mentoring Program nomination seen as an expression of appreciation and trust;
  • Establishing new business relationships;
  • For Mentors nominated for membership – opportunity to acquire competencies to conduct mentoring sessions and processes capable of being used to drive employees’ growth;

 

Mentors work in our Program voluntarily.

The administrative fee will be allocated to cover administrative costs related to program coordination, organization of workshop, meetings and program support by professional consultants, trainers and coaches. The possibility of working individually with a mentor, acquiring knowledge and skills, building relationships is still an added value offered by the Foundation.

 

Admission confirmation

The key in selecting program participants is to select the optimal Mentor&Mentee pairs in such way that Mentor can best support Mentee in the areas indicated in the application form. We take into account the areas of support, experience, professional profile and industry.
